  • Spring water, 30% brandy, flower essences

  • Flower Remedies may be taken orally, 5 drops under the tongue or in a little water, 3 times a day; or topically in elixirs, misted in the aura, or added to baths.

    Flower essences work best when used consistently over time, it is recommended to take your Flower Remedy as directed until the bottle is finished. At times, and for long held and deep rooted issues, more than one bottle may be required to see sustained benefits.

    When you take your Flower Remedy, you may like to take a few moments to close your eyes, place one hand on your heart and one your belly, and just breathe. Being in a state of gratitude for the support of the plants and taking a moment to connect in this way enhances your connection with the plants (and with the earth) and with yourself.
