Our body elixirs may be used as needed, however for maximum benefit we recommend using 3 times per day, as you would when taking flower essences orally (with the exception of the Sleep Body Elixir, which should only be used when you intend to sleep). The body elixirs are beautiful massaged into the skin on your whole body after bathing, when skin is slightly damp. They are a divine full body moisturiser or can be used as a massage oil. They can also be used on the pulse points or anywhere on the body (excluding the face).

If you are pregnant, please consult your health practitioner before using this product. We recommend applying SPF during the day after using this product.
