  • Spring water, 30% brandy, vibrational infusion of Rosemary

  • Flower essences may be taken orally, 5 drops under the tongue or in a little water, 3 times a day; or topically in elixirs, misted in the aura, or added to baths.

    Flower essences work best when used consistently over time, it is recommended to take your flower essence as directed until the bottle is finished. At times, and for long held and deep rooted issues, more than one bottle may be required to see sustained benefits.
